This is my supplement schedule as of July 1oth 2011

In the AM with breakfast:

Glass of V8 + 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Betaine Hydrochloride with Fenugreek
Vit C – 1000 mg
B5 – 500 mg
B6 – 100 mg
B complex
Vit A – 10,000 iu
Vit E mixed – 800 iu
Krill Oil – 500 mg
Spirulina – 1000 mg
EstroSmart Plus – 1 capsule
Vitex – 80 mg

 

In the afternoon with lunch:

Betaine Hydrochloride with Fenugreek
Vit C – 1000 mg
Vit B5 – 500 mg
Spirulina – 1000mg

 

In the evening with dinner:

Glass of V8 + 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Betaine Hydrochloride with Fenugreek
Vit C – 1000 mg
Vit B5 – 500 mg
Spirulina – 1000mg
